Awards

1995, the Second-Grade National Award of China on Natural Sciences, for the contribution in "The studies on conducting polypyrrole"

1998, named as "Young and Middle-aged Specialist with Outstanding Contributions in Natural Science" by Chinese government.

2005, the First-Grade Award of Beijing City on Science and Technology, for the contribution in "The studies on the electrochemistry of conducting polymers and polymer light-emitting electrochemical cells"

2012, "Macro 2012 Lecture Award" by PMSE of ACS (American Chemical Society).

2018, the Second-Grade National Award of China on Natural Sciences, for the contribution in "Photovoltaic materials of the conjugated polymer donors with conjugated side chains and indene-fullerene bisadduct acceptors".

2018, the Second-Grade Award of Beijing City on Science and Technology, for the contribution in "Controllable synthesis of quantum-dots and the studies on their application for high quality LEDs"

 


Present research interests:

Photovoltaic materials and devices for Polymer solar cells.

 


 

Publications

Two books, more than 10 book chapters and more than 800 research papers have been published in the fields of photovoltaic materials and devices for polymer solar cells, electrochemistry of conducting polymers and semiconductor nanocrystals. The published papers have been cited by others for more than 45000 times, h-factor: 107.
